1

Create a customer

Record accurate customer contact information before credit or wholesale sales. Avoid duplicate records and collect only information required for business operations.

2

Configure credit controls

Owners configure whether credit is enabled, default limits, approval requirements, maximum days, overdue restrictions and partial payments. Credit sales require a customer.

3

Make a credit sale

Select the correct customer, confirm the due date and obtain approval when the amount exceeds the permitted limit. BusinessHub records the outstanding balance and ledger entry.

4

Receive a customer payment

Open the customer account, record the actual amount and payment method, then allocate it to outstanding sales. Reversals require permission and preserve the audit trail.

5

Read a statement

Filter the customer statement by period and review invoices, payments, credits and ageing. Resolve discrepancies from original records rather than directly changing totals.
