Printers, WhatsApp and business integrations
Configure each company’s receipt printers and WhatsApp receipt delivery securely.
Printer profiles
Open Settings → Integrations and create a printer profile for the company or branch. Choose the supported browser-print driver, paper size and default status. Each tenant maintains its own configuration.
Print a receipt
Open the server-generated sale receipt and choose Print. Confirm the browser print destination and correct 58mm, 80mm or A4 layout. Never type a receipt number manually.
WhatsApp connection
Enter the company’s approved WhatsApp Business Cloud phone-number ID and access token under Integrations. The token is encrypted and must never be pasted into AI chat or ordinary support messages.
Send and troubleshoot
Use the receipt WhatsApp action only when the customer supplied an appropriate number. If delivery fails, verify configuration, template approval and recipient format without exposing the access token.
